The Marriage Ceremony is the most important part of your Wedding Day. Making promises, exchanging vows and declaring your love in the presence of family and friends is a special life event.

My aim is to help you create a happy and memorable Wedding Day. I achieve this by ensuring that you receive the type of Ceremony that you want, and it is delivered in a professional, sincere and warm manner. Planning and customisation allow the Ceremony to flow smoothly, holding everyone's interest, yet remaining very personal and intimate.

I offer a few levels of service, depending on your requirements and budget: Silver, Gold and Platinum.

Silver: This level or service suits those who want a simple ceremony which is affordable. Many couples appreciate opportunities to select an introduction, vows and readings from my large range during relaxed meetings at my home. You will receive a copy of your chosen Ceremony, and your Marriage Certificate will be in calligraphy.

Gold: The Gold level of service includes all services mentioned above, and enables you to fully customise your Ceremony, include themes, rituals or symbolism (eg blending of the sands) and includes a rehearsal at my home. and the use of the Public Address System. The gold level suits those who want to use some creativity to individualise the ceremony and the practice run provides confidence for the whole wedding party so they know their part and all the finer details are covered (no worries!).

Platinum : The platinum or premium level offers you all of the above, and I will help you to weave your dreams and desires into a beautiful ceremony. The platinum level offers the opportunity to have a rehearsal at the wedding venue or a “champagne rehearsal” at my home, use of my PA system and generator, and marquis sunshade (3mx3m). You can provide me with some material from which I can customise the service, compose a personalised poem, and you would have the option to include themes, rituals or symbolism in the ceremony. We can work together to create the wedding of your dreams – a ceremony uniquely yours, with time and attention to every detail - so that the next morning, you can say to each other, “I feel married, that was terrific, and I would not change a thing!”

Fees are listed in the 'Confirmation of Booking' form, and the same products are offered at reduced rates from Monday to Thursday.

How to Book

First of all, please check my availability early, by either telephone or email. I am happy to answer any questions you may have at this time.

Then complete and return 'Confirmation of Booking' form (including the booking fee), within two weeks of booking. Acrobat Reader is required to see this form, or ring me for a copy.

We will arrange a meeting, which is usually held at my home in Caloundra, Sunshine Coast.

Our Meeting

Please ensure you bring the following documents with you:

• Confirmation of Booking form and Booking Fee
  (if not already sent to me)
• Notice of Intended Marriage
  (Download Here and complete it, but signatures must be witnessed by me or another Justice of the Peace). This document must be received by me no later than one month and one day prior to your wedding day.
• Original Birth Certificates
  (If born outside Australia and Birth Certificates are unavailable, please bring your passports)
• Decree Nisi/Death Certificate
  (If you have been married previously)
• Full Names of Two Witnesses
  (must be over 18 years)

We will discuss your wedding style, (formal, relaxed and informal, or creative) and compose your Wedding Ceremony, either from a selection of my samples, or by using any special poems, readings and verses that you bring with you.
